The University will once again be entering the Manchester Pride Parade on Saturday, 23 August. Staff, students and allies are invited to join us as we celebrate pride and our community. Pride is more than a parade, it is about showing up, being visible and unapologetically LGBTQ+.

For 2025, we have introduced the Pride Gallery and Library. A digital resource where you can access materials from LGBTQ+ researchers and authors, as well as browse works created by members of our community.

For Manchester Pride 2025, The University of Manchester Gift Shop (located in University Place) will be restocking its Pride items! The Pride Range includes badges, pens, jumpers, t-shirts, and tote bags!
